365 Things To Do In Costa Mesa – Children’s Book Festival – Day 82

Orange County Children’s Book Festival

Reading is important and access to great books is so important for our youth. A great festival like the Orange County Children’s Book Festival is a fantastic way to make reading fun & exciting! This is the 7th year of the festival and it’s going to be bigger than ever with more authors, illustrators, entertainers, vendors, and more!

Cool Stuff

Besides lots of stages loaded with discussions and presentations, there will also be a train ride for families to take around the event and my personal favorite – a petting zoo! It’s the perfect way to spend a Sunday!

There’s a list a mile long (not really but it’s impressive) of authors & illustrators who will be at the fair.  Take a look here: authors/illustrators.

There’s also a cafeteria with kid-friendly foods and other vendors who will be at the event.
