365 Things To Do In Costa Mesa – Personal Training – Day 117

Costa Mesa Personal Trainers

On Friday I had a chance to personally visit Innovative Results, which has been voted the #1 Orange County Personal Trainer for 2 years in a row. It was awesome!!!

Some of the workouts

I spent about 45 minutes constanly moving through various stations that were exciting, challenging, and fun. Things like: making gigantic rope waves (harder than it looks), squats, butt clenchers, medicine ball throwdown (loved this one!), towel flapping, water tube balancing, and more. I’ve made up the names to these exercises but if you go you’ll see what I’m talking about for yourself. I felt totally energized and pumped afterward – it was a blast!

The friendly trainers will work with you to customize a workout that meets your goals. I personally trained with Corey Beasley and he was really motivating. Personal trainers can be pricey so you should contact them directly to talk about what program works best for your body and budget. TIP: On their Facebook page it says you can schedule a FREE Trial so check it out!

Do you have any personal training tips? Or want to know fact from myth? Send a question and I’ll have a trainer get you an answer.

Feel free to suggest other ideas on the 365 Things To Do In Costa Mesa Facebook page or by emailing hollyschwartzoc@gmail.com. Holly works with Torelli Realty.
