Dance, dance!
I love the name of this new class being offered at Dance Asylum (@danceasylum) – Yoga Booty Ballet. Just what is it? It’s an east meets west type of dance combining yoga, cardio, and ballet. The classes are tailored to be easy enough for beginners and challenging enough for the most poised dancers. And the benefits are unbelievable: weight loss, toning, endurance, flexibility, even the joy of meditation! Dancing is a fun way to express yourself and after an 1:15 minutes of working it out, you’re sure to feel invigorated and energized.
Are you more into yoga, booty, or ballet?

Thanks for posting this Holly! It is a great class that works the bod and the mind. I love it and love teaching it. BTW, my playlist includes new Rhianna and old Michael Jackson (who doesn’t love an old Michael song!).
