Do you like the classic game Lite-Brite?
And do you like art? If you do then ding, ding, ding – this is the perfect exhibit for you to see! The Artery Gallery at The Lab in Costa Mesa is proud to present ‘My Only Desire,’ a fine piece of art by Joey Syta. It’s a piece that is 54×66 inches (that’s about 4.5 feet long by 5.5 feet tall!!!) there’s over 55,000 lite-brite pegs in it. How do you even get that many pegs? Wow!
The unique piece was recently on display in the “Unicornucopia” show and in Boing Boing and The Dailydujour.
Remember, Costa Mesa is nicknamed The City of the Arts.
Make sure to check out The Artery Gallery and some of the other fine art venues around town.
