365 Things to do in Costa Mesa – New Swan Theatre Shakespeare Festival – Day 326

The New Swan Theatre is a modular, transportable Elizabethan-style theatre that provides an intimate setting for both the audience and the actors. Roofless, the New Swan is perfect for outdoor theatre. Seating under the stars on two tiers for 125 maximum capacity. New Swan Shakespeare Festival is hosted and produced in collaboration with the University of California, Irvine, the Claire Trevor School of the Arts, and the Department of Drama.

During the summer season, The New Swan Shakespeare Festival Theatre is located in Gateway Commons near the Langson Library and Aldrich Park, not on the CTSA campus.
