All-Breed Cat Show Set For October 31 – November 1

The CFA annual All-Breed Cat Show will be held from Oct 31, 2015 – Nov 01, 2015 at the OC Fair and Event Center in the Costa Mesa Building (Just enter Gate 3 off of Fairview Road or Gate 4 off of Arlington Drive). That exact location is Fair Dr., Costa Mesa, California, 9262688. The 48th annual show will feature pedigreed felines of every breed competing for “Best in Show” in addition to a competition for household pets, vendors offering tee-shirts, custom jewelry, food and cat trees, as well as feline rescue groups that have cats up for adoption. The event will run on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 am to 5 p.m. Admission is as follows: General $10; Seniors (55 and up) $7; Children (7 to 12) $7; Military personnel with identification $7; Families $25 (up to 4 children ages 7 to 12 and 3 adults); and kids 6 and younger will be free. For those looking for something a bit spookier, on October 31, SOCIAL Costa Mesa will be celebrating Halloween and invites participants to join them by dressing in their best ’80s look. Funky Fright Fest features all-night drink specials and throwback tunes. Try the Hipster Jack, their new cocktail with a mustache that’s made with Hamilton 151, Monkey Shoulder Scotch, lemon, cinnamon, and spiced carrot.
