On November 9th, 2015, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Surfas Culinary District on 3309 Hyland Ave., Costa Mesa, California 92626, there will be a Turkey Workshop being offered from brining to carving.
Attendees will be preparing a Thanksgiving turkey from brining to carving and all things in between. In the workshop, you will learn basic roasting tips, tips on choosing the best turkey and how you can carve the turkey into your own masterpiece. You will learn how you can make gravy and tips on creating homemade stock.
