On Feb. 6th, 2016 at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts on 600 Town Center Dr., Costa Mesa, California 92626 the Pirates of Penzance will be featured.
Renowned for tunes such as “I’m a Pirate King!” and “I’m the Very Model of a Modern Major General,” Sullivan and Gilbert’s comic operetta will feature bumbling policemen, dashing pirates, eccentric major-general and dim-witted young lovers. The production is for children ages 5 to 11, and includes projected visuals and costumes, and features both talented students and professional singers from Chapman University.
