The musical Fun Home was the Broadway season event, and won 5 Tony Awards® in 2015, which include Best Musical. Based upon Fun Home, Alison Bechdel’s best-selling memoir, which introduces the audience to Alison at various ages, as she assesses her childhood mysteries. It documents the Alison Bechdel’s youth and childhood in rural Pennsylvania, concentrating on her complicated relationship with her Dad. Fun Home is a groundbreaking, unique musical about seeing parents through your grown-up eyes.
